It is a legal requirement under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, Section 20, that all organisations must have a written, site-specific, Safety Statement.
It is essential that your Safety Statement is also specific to your location, activities and work safety procedures.

We will come on site and carry out a risk assessment and hazard analysis.
